1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Cancellation of services before work has started.
 - Failure to deliver the agreed services as per the contract.
 - Billing errors or duplicate payments.
 
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Services have already been delivered or project work has commenced.
 - Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information.
 - Changes requested by the client that affect project scope or cost.
 - Consultation or support already provided.
 
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered for projects terminated mid-way, based on work completed.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

 - Include your name, project details, and reason for refund.
 - We will review and respond within 7 business days.
 
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
