1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of services before work has started.

  • Failure to deliver the agreed services as per the contract.

  • Billing errors or duplicate payments.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Services have already been delivered or project work has commenced.

  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information.

  • Changes requested by the client that affect project scope or cost.

  • Consultation or support already provided.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for projects terminated mid-way, based on work completed.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at paklogix28@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request.”

  • Include your name, project details, and reason for refund.

  • We will review and respond within 7 business days.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
